Situated on an island in the southern sea, it is a mecca for all those interested in the arcane arts. Historically known for refusing to involve itself in the conflicts of other nations, it is rumored that it only had to mobilize an army once, as an act of defense, and caused the almost instant capitulation of the opposing forces.
